Fall 2010 Registration Reminders and Instructions

• WYS will begin using GotSoccer for Fall 2010 registration. Each club has been assigned a user name and password and that information will be emailed to each club registrar on  Tuesday July 20. Please do not create an account until you receive this information.

Player Data Excel File

You can use this Excel file for entering player data. For uploading, the final file must be saved as a CSV, comma delimited file.

Coach/Assistant Coach Registration

IMPORTANT:
Each club registrar will be asked to create a coach/assistant coach GotSoccer profile.

Once a profile is created the coach will receive an email with the user name and password for their new profile. Before a coach/assistance coach will be added to a team roster and to receive a coach card for the 2010/2011 soccer year the coach/asst coach MUST log into their new profile and complete the disclosure/background check authorization. This process will eliminate the old email submitted or paper submitted VDS. This new system will assure better tracking and compliance with WYS's minimum risk management requirements.

All coaches/assistance coaches will be required to complete the online disclosure and authorization - even if you did one for last fall; last month; last week!
