FIELDS: Be sure that the referee assignors and field personnel have a complete schedule since some neutral games may be scheduled. (i.e. you have only U10 boys in the league, but you may have U10 girls games scheduled as well).

FIELD LOCATIONS: Directions to fields

ADMINISTRATORS: It is in your best interest to have an official from your club present on game days to help in case of any problems!

REFEREE PAYMENT: Payment is to be made PRIOR to each game. Payment column is listed on the schedule. It is best to have it prepared ahead of time; U10’s (one envelope) and for U12 and U14 (three envelopes).

TOP | CHECK IN PROCEDURES: At the start of each game, the referee MUST check player cards, all coach cards, and game rosters. A player or coach must have their card and be on the team’s game roster to be able to participate. Refs only need to check player cards for HS league; HS teams do not have rosters. NO CARD NO PLAY. A player or coach verification letter, from the state office, can be used in place of a card. Teams with older players will have a letter from the league allowing them to participate. If you have questions or concerns, please contact Sandy Jenkin at the state office. If your Official Roster is larger than your Game Roster, please be sure to have both present for the games. Max players for U10 is 11, U12 is 13, and U14 is 18; HS 6v6 is 12

TOP | RESCHEDULING GAMES: Scheduling make-up games is the responsibility of the HOME TEAM COACH. Complete and Revised Policy

TOP | MISTAKES: If you find mistakes on the schedule, or need to make a change with fields, times, etc, please contact the coaches and referee assignor directly to adjustments. If it cannot be resolved, contact the state office. Remember, if you need to cancel or reschedule a game for anything other than weather, you must submit a Request to Postpone Game form 2 (two) weeks prior to the schedule game.

TOP | WEATHER CANCELLATIONS: The president, referee assignor, and field coordinator must assess playing conditions due to weather. They will make the decision to cancel games the night before or very early the next morning. Please take into consideration the teams traveling to your site and their travel time.

Before traveling in Wyoming it is always good to check with the opposing coach on the field conditions. PLEASE contact other teams prior to traveling. Home teams are responsible for contacting opposing teams for cancellations!

TOP | REFEREES: Referees have the final say with games. Please do not approach referees in an accusatory manner. To make a complaint, contact the state office and you will be referred to the appropriate referee administrator. Remember it is a game for the KIDS, not a win loss record!

TOP | REPORTING SCORES: Medals are given to the top 2 teams in each division. Report game scores using the ONLINE GAME AND SCORE SUBMISSION REPORT. Points awarded: 3 pts for a win; 1 pt each team for a tie; 0 pts for a loss or forfeit. Please be sure to include the game number and team name when reporting scores.

TOP | STANDINGS: are posted to the website after the first two weekends. Win/loss record and head to head competition determine winners ONLY. Shut outs and points scored are NOT taken into consideration.

Let’s keep the scores under control at all ages. Players develop when they learn to play all positions, so please switch it up when you have the chance!!

TOP | COMMUNICATION: Coaches, it is very important to contact your opposing coaches regarding any referee issues, times, location, etc!
